Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible ready-made, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation.

Items showing signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for return.

Custom, made-to-order, personalised, or specially commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced.

Engagement rings that have been resized or modified to specific measurements are considered personalised items and are final sale.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is confirmed to be faulty.
