Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces are created to individual specifications and may require a production period. A deposit may be required to secure materials and commence manufacturing.

Once production has begun, custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

All quotes are based on prevailing precious metal and gemstone market values at the time of issue and remain valid for a limited period. Pricing may vary in line with fluctuations in gold, diamond, and global commodity markets.
